The story of Charlie Scott’s began with Charlie, a poodle terrier cross who inspired both the name of the business and the principles it was built on. Living with Charlie showed Scott how much everyday decisions could influence a dog's comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life. Whether it was choosing somewhere comfortable to rest after a long walk or products that encouraged an active, enriching lifestyle, those everyday decisions reinforced just how much the right products matter.
Before launching Charlie Scott's, Scott founded Charlie & Friends, a dog walking and pet sitting business based in Manchester. Years spent caring for hundreds of dogs and cats provided first-hand insight into how different products performed in real homes and everyday routines.
